Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We provide local pick-up for anyone located in Mildura VIC or surrounds. We will endeavour to have your order ready within 2 hours when ordered between 9am-3pm Monday to Friday. Pick up is also available Saturday mornings from 9am-12 noon.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $10 (signature on delivery and insurance extra). Please contact us regarding extra shipping options. 

We do not provide internationally shipping at this time. 

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times vary but we will endeavour to post your items within 1-3 business days. 

*Delivery times may be longer during sale events and over public holidays.

RETURNS

Shop with confidence knowing you can return within 30 days for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

- Returned within 30 days of receiving the product.

- Unopened and in its original packaging.

- Receipt or order number provided as proof of purchase.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please email photos through of faulty items. Returns are processed as quickly as possible, and a full refund will be processed on inspection of the item. This applies to products purchased online. Any products purchased in-store must be returned in-store only.
